As a live band, especially in the early years, we were a shambles. We would turn up to a venue, completely unprepared, armed with nothing except vague, grandiose expectations. So our recorded output took on a heightened importance; to show people that in amongst the out of tune guitars and broken voices there were actual songs.

To this effect you will find our various releases to your right. The first four were entirely self-recorded, then sold at gigs. Our fifth and final CD was recorded at Truck Studio in Oxford, and released through Stressed Records, with proper distribution and printed artwork and on real CDs and everything... The miscellaneous collection comprises the rest of our recorded output - songs from compilations, solo efforts, songs that were too rubbish to unleash on people (until now) and one or two songs that, like a gerbil with a watery eye, just never found a home.

26 of these songs were recorded at home, the other 21 in various studios. I use the word 'home' lightly, as most of the drums were recorded in a church. I also use the word 'studio' lightly.
